RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
Online ticket sales must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to performance date and time. All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for performances. In the result of a cancelled performance you may use your purchased ticket for an alternate show date and time.
Merchandise Return Policy
Before shipping your merchandise return or exchange, please email us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All merchandise returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused at the time of delivery.
All merchandise returns must be made within 30 days after purchase date, in original sealed packaging and are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (See Return Policy for RMA procedures).
Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to be delivered, before checking on status of returned merchandise.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days after purchase date, in original sealed packaging. All additional shipping fees are payable by the customer. All exchanged merchandise must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (See above for RMA procedures).
Please allow 10-14 business days to receive new merchandise.
When purchasing tickets on our website you will simply print out your ticket receipt as your actual ticket and bring it to the performance for admission. You will not receive a physical ticket in the mail. Please keep your receipt as confirmation of payment.
